What if I receive a faulty product or if there's a mistake in my order?

If you receive a product that is faulty or if there's an error in your order, we will gladly exchange it for you. In this case, we will cover the delivery charges both ways.

Can I return or exchange an opened product?

Unfortunately, once a product has been opened, it is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure the product is to your satisfaction before opening the package.
